Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 5 business days of recieving your order. We require you to contact us within 48 hours for return authorization. All returns not authorized will be returned to sender. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All shipping fees are non refundable. Items must be returned in original condition as recieved. Please mail returns to us at The Hair Bow Palace, LLC 2904 Cypress Point Mckinney Texas 75070.
 
We currently do not offer an exchange policy. Any returns will be credited back to the buyer's account.
 
If you recieve a partial order or have missing products, you are required to contact us within 72 hours of receipt to advise us of the error. 
 
We do not cancel or refund orders, please do not contact us to add to your order as once it is placed you will need to reorder additional items. 
 
Undeliverable Packages:
 
We ship to the address listed on each order. In the event that you do not recieve your order due to an incorrect address being given, we will not be responsible for reshipping or refunding your order. If a package is returned, you will be responsible for shipping fees to reship. Please make sure you provide a valid shipping address.
 
Payment Methods:
 
We currently accept all major credit cards via Authorize.net Merchant Services. We also accept Google checkout for your convenience.
 
Current Order Processing Time:
While we try our best to ship your order within 48 hours, we sometimes run 3 to 5 business days(not counting holidays and weekend) on shipping. Please do not overload our emial box with shipping questions if it has not been at least 5 business days. You will get a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number.
 
If you need your order sooner, we do have a rush order option for $15.00 additional. Please contact us should you need to do so and we will invoice you.
 
We try to update out of stock products daily but in the event that your order has an out of stock product, we will immediately refund you.   
 
Shipping Fees:
Our shipping fees start at $4.99 and will increase depending on your total. Please place items in your cart and select shipping-first class or international to recieve a shipping quote.
 
International Shipping:
We do ship international. Please select international shipping at checkout to recieve a shipping quote. We will not however, mark your package as a gift. All international packages are marked as merchandise. You are responsible for any customs fees applied.
 
Insurance:
Insurance on all domestic and international packages is optional but highly reccomended. In the event that you want to insure your order, please contact us for rates. We will not be responsible for lost packages without insurance.
